Search Terms
When you type a name, county, state, or other search detail into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Muskegon County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email us or send a contact message, we use the information in that message to read it, respond, and handle the request. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement compels disclosure.

Muskegon County Inmate Population links to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, Michigan court and FOIA resources, state and federal locators, and third-party search tools. Michigan FOIA, MCL 15.231 et seq., governs access to many public records held by public bodies, but each outside website controls its own privacy terms once you leave this site.
Advertising partners may use their own tracking systems to measure ads or deliver interest-based advertising across websites. Those systems are operated by the partner, not by Muskegon County Inmate Population.
